Let's Talk about the Middle Tenn Cade Spring Run 06'.

Friday, we only had one Couple that was able to make it to the Motel. I
want to thank Hutch and Cheryl for making the trip from Macon, Ga.
They are really nice people and I hope to see them on next year's ride! If
not before then.
Saturday, We left out from the Huddle House, 9:30 pm. We only had two
Cavalcades and a few of my friends from various Local Riding
Organizations. We spent some time at the Flea market in Crossville.
Where we done some browsing and buying. Bro. Mike Norris of our local
CMA also took the opportunity to do some Bike Blessings. We then
headed on to China One for lunch.
There we meet Joe Menninger and his wife Tonya from Hendersonville,
TN. I have to say that Joe has one really fine 87 LXE! And Hutch's 86 LX
was a nice bike, too! It had the factory Floor Boards, Heel to Toe, Lower
Fairings, just an all around nice bike.
From China One, we lost all my Local riding friends. Each had business
to attend to, in Cookeville. So, for the rest of the Journey, it was three
Cavalcades cruising to the Falls.
Pictures speak a thousand words. You all know how Camera Happy I get.
Check out our photos, from the link.
We had all had a very enjoyable day!
Back at the Motel, we all made a decision to cancel Sunday's Events. For
lack of participation. This enabled Hutch and Cheryl to get an early start
home.
I want to Thank All, who made this event so enjoyable.
Next year, we will hold this event After Easter!!! I Promise!

Thanks and God Bless, BigDaddyRick 86LXE

That's right guys.
Here's a chance for a little Cavalcade Fellowship. This will be our 3rd Annual
Spring Run! Again, we will host it here in Cookeville,Tn.
It will be a one day event. If you are coming from out of state, I would
suggest getting a room at the
Knights Inn Motel, the day before.
Great Rates Good Rooms.

For those coming in on
Friday the 4th, there will be a "Meet & Greet"
dinner at 7pm.
On
Saturday the 5th,
8am Breakfast at the HuddleHouse. Located next door to the Knights Inn.
9am We will ride east Hwy70, to Ozone Falls (about a 50mile trek) Rest and
Take Photos. It is a Very Short Walk to the falls from the Highway.
Lot's of Beautiful Scenery!
We will continue East on Hwy70 to Knoxville.
Around
Noon We'll stop for Lunch at the Sonic Drive-In,
Located just up the road from
Biker Rags (Which Will be our Next Stop).
If you've never been to
Biker Rags. It is worth the trip alone! They have
about anything a motorcycle enthusiast would want to have. And, some very
nostalgic motorcycles displayed through out the store.

Then, We'll head for Spring City for a Gas Stop.
Stretch Our Legs in Crossville
Then Back to Cookeville and we'll end the ride with food and fellowship at
our local IHOP Between
6 to 8pm.
If you are from the Middle Tennessee area, you may want to consider
booking a room for Saturday Night. Because, were are going to put in almost
300miles of riding.
If we get a good enough group of people to stay over,
we just might be able to get someone from our local CMA to provide a small
Sunday Morning Service for us, before hitting the Road Again.
Just a Thought.
Middle Tennessee has a very strong core riding groups and great
fellowship. If you haven't experienced it, I deeply encourage it! They are
some great friendships, waiting to be made!
COME ON and Ride!!!
